Today's topic: What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?
My favorite as a kid was pistachio and I still love that salty/sweet combo. As I've gotten older, I've discovered banana ice cream, which with chocolate chunks in it, is pretty much heaven. If I'm going to get chocolate ice cream, I tend to prefer dark chocolates, otherwise the chocolate flavor isn't pronounced enough. So I generally prefer other flavors with pieces of chocolate mixed in.)
My most recent discovery is an absinthe ice cream at Jeni's Spendid Ice Creams which pretty much blows away all other options.
