Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!

Today's card is an anniversary card--in honor of my Mom and Dad who celebrate 37 years of marriage tomorrow! A lot of what I know about strong relationships I learned watching my mom and dad. Sure, like any kid, I often looked at aspects of their relationship and said "No way, not ever!", but they also taught me a lot about what I *did* want in a life-partner-- respect, kindness, compassion, the ability to make me laugh, and to think. It's due in part to watching them that I was able to appreciate just how wonderful my husband really was when I met him. So congratulations Mom and Dad! Here's hoping for many more wonderful years!
