Age and Kindness

Today I woke up early for my job interview (which went well) and then spent time putzing around online and catching up with some friends. Eventually, I pulled myself away from the computer and made some new cards. I'm excited about these because I've wanted to get these sayings into the shop for awhile now but I seem to be continually busy with other things. : / Such is life.

Anyway, the first of these features a quote from Satchel Paige "How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?". It's a fun, whimsical quote that would make a lovely birthday card or work as a simple note card for that young-at-heart person in your life.

The second says "No act of kindness no matter how small, is ever wasted." I LOVE this saying because it is the perfect note for thank you cards. (Did you know that thank you cards should, according to etiquette, never have "thank you" preprinted on them?) It's also nice because it acknowledges small things that someone may have done for you without it seeming like "too much". And, of course, it could always be used as a nice note card.

Plans for tomorrow include gift sets and wrangling these bookmarks onto packaging!
