To let you all know that I will be having my gallbladder removed tomorrow. Turns out the culprit was gallstones. I have placed both the shops in vacation mode with the hopes of opening them back up after Christmas. In the meantime, you can always check out my prior work on my Flickr page.
The surgery is supposed to be a fairly simple one with a quick recovery (heck it's even outpatient!) and it's a very commonly performed surgery so I feel pretty good about this. Mostly though, I just want to feel better.
I hope everyone has (a) wonderful holiday(s)! I will be spending a fair bit of time curled up and recuperating. ^_^
I am so sorry I'm behind, but glad to see on Twitter that you're recovering! I had the same surgery about 10 years ago... it made life so much better... hope your recovery continues to go well.
