This week was my birthday and it's been absolutely perfect. I have more joys than I could cram into a post, so I'll just pick five that I have pictures for.
1. My hubby spoiling me absolutely rotten. He's always a sweetheart but he really went out of his way to make sure I had a special birthday. ♥
2. The hubby put up some homemade pickles and we've got a pressure cooker on order so we can start canning veggies in earnest. : )
3. Sitting out on the deck, enjoying the weather, as the hubby grilled me an awesome birthday dinner.
4. A new necklace and a new pair of earrings made by a local artist that I picked up as the hubby and I strolled around an outdoor fair.
5. Breaking in Donkey Kong Country (one of my birthday gifts from the hubby) with my hubby. : )
I am SO in love with the jewelry. Where did he find it? Because I swear I stopped at every jewelry booth and didn't see that stuff! I'm ashamed. (I did, however, find a leather strap/potter piece necklace that I love! But not as much as yours. :sigh:)

ReplyDeleteI picked it up at the Sidewalk Art Stroll. The vendor's name is Rock'n Silver. It's a family business that sells jewelry and pottery, but mostly jewelry. They were on the south side of the square, on the "outer" side of the street, about in the middle.
